Target has been in the news over the last few days, and their decision to allow men into ladies restrooms. I’m not surprised by the decision, for they have been traveling the wrong road for awhile. I don’t shop with them, though I did at one time. I began to see the “handwriting on the wall” and stopped. What a shame so many are traveling down this same path. In the wake of this sinful decision, morally good people are getting an “in your face” lack of respect for the customer, behavior. Placing their daughters, wives, mothers and girl friends at risk for all manner of evil, seemingly delighting in, and excusing sinful behavior.
And this morning I heard a Christian tell me they read an article which called perversion a chemical imbalance. It didn’t take me long to shoot that falsehood down. I was shocked by the statement coming from a Christian. You can read Genesis all the way to the end of Revelation, and nowhere does God excuse perversion, nor does He call it a “chemical imbalance.” I told them to read their Scriptures and they would know the behavior is not a “chemical imbalance.” God has never condemned one’s soul to hell because of a disease one cannot help.
“Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.” Leviticus 18:22
“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.” I Corinthians 6:9-10
“Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written. And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN. This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it. TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting. PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.” Daniel 5:25:28

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents. Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same but have pleasure in them that do them.” Romans 1:22-32
“They searched for iniquities – ways to harm a righteous man. And they found them. In their blackguard endeavors they accomplished well-framed devices. With “much of Madness, and more of Sin,” they plotted and plotted to harm and harm, to have their way. And maybe they did for a while. But the story is not finished. Their rotten words became stench in the mouth, which caused others to ostracize them. They became known as harmers – not helpers, and harmers are not in demand. They swapped manhood for doghood to cringe and bite, but good people don’t want that kind of creature around.
And here is the Divine side of the story: God interposed. God shot back – “But God shall shoot at them with an arrow” In their plan to wound another, they got wounded. I have literally seen the principle fulfilled – more than once.

In the Romans 1:18-32 passage, many readers miss the reason that those people are not in God’s favor.
“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened” (Romans 1:18-21).
Mankind in general loves to oogle and coo over the beauties of creation, and in their wickedness, they still know the universe and all its glory had to be created by an intellligent designer. However, they refuse to acknowledge that he also created them and owns them. They refuse to worship and serve the one who is Lord of all, “Wherefore (for this reason) God also gave them up to uncleanness” (vs. 24), and “For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections” (vs. 26).
