Everything begins with one.  The simplicity of the power of one.

One penny soon makes a dollar.  A grain of sand in one oyster makes a pearl. One word to heal.  One word to crush.  One heart.  One Book. One God.  One Savior.  One Gospel.  One Light.  A light to shine through us all that others may see Christ living in us.  No matter what we do.  Let your light shine.  Someone is watching whether we realize it or not.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”     Matthew 5:16

“There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all, and in you all.”     Ephesians 4:4-6

If we want change, then it begins with me, in one home, and then as a stone thrown into calm water, the influence of His life within our life, ripples throughout the home, community, church, state, nation and the world.  But it must begin with us.  “The power of one.”
