Anyone who reads the articles I write knows I have a love for the truth of God’s Word and end my articles with a quote to support my lesson. This morning, because of some troubling events, one came to me quite unexpectedly. It was rather fitting.
Sometimes the shortest quotes can say in a few words what is in our hearts. God’s Word is replete with them. And most are based upon the truth of God’s Word.
I have added first the quote which came to me this morning.
*The afternoon always understands what the morning never even suspected.
*Your best teacher is your last mistake. (James 3:2)
*Enjoy the little things. (Hebrews 13:5)
*What we think, we become. (Proverbs 23:7)
*If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything. (John 8:32)
*All I have seen teaches me to trust the Creator for all I have not seen. (John 20:29)
*Home is the nicest word there is. (II Corinthians 5:1-10)
*There is no comfort anywhere for anyone who dreads to go home. (Proverbs 15:17)
“They think they shall be heard for their much speaking.” (Matthew 6:7)
