We already have a web site. Why get another one?
Many search the Internet for information about God and religion, but getting people to sign up for a study course on a “church site” can be next to impossible. The Lord Let Me Grow work is an outgrowth of more than ten years of web work and having Christians personally knock on more than 6,000 doors. We have found out what can work really well on the Internet, and this unique tool is now being made available to others.
What would our site look like?
Your site would look just like this one, only the site prefix ("sample" in this illustration) would be changed to what you choose.
How much technical knowledge would we need to offer this free Bible study?
None. If you can receive e-mail, this free Bible study outreach will work for you.
How much would this effort cost?
Those participating in this work will receive a discount code for the Gospel Advocate which offers 10% off any order totaling $35 or more. If your congregation orders at least $500 per year from the Advocate, the $50 or more you save will offset the $49.95 annual fee for your Lord Let Me Grow site. If you do not want to use the 10% discount offer, Your Lord Let Me Grow site fee is $49.99 per year. Those who sign up during July-December get a discounted rate of $24.95 for the year in which they sign up and then pay the full rate the following year. Renewal notices are sent out in January of each year. If a congregation does not renew its site by February 15th each year, its site will be removed and it will no longer qualify for the 10% bookstore discount.
Is this effort part of the Gospel Advocate?
No. The discount is due to the graciousness of this bookstore.
Is this evangelism tool offered by others?
To our knowledge, this tool is unique. Some congregations offer an Internet link to another place on the web for a free Bible study to teach the lost, but Lord Let Me Grow allows participants to have their own dedicated Bible study site which they can use as they choose.
Bible study contacts are sent directly to the e-mail address provided by congregations when they sign up for their own Lord Let Me Grow site. When congregations receive e-mail requests for the free Bible study, they send out the free course (we have found that sending out two lessons at a time works quite well). Students return completed material to the congregation from which it was sent and the local congregation continues to send out, grade, and return completed courses along with the next lessons. With this tool there are no questions about interfering with congregational autonomy.

Can we pick the name of our site?
You will pick the "prefix" for your site. Every available site will have “lordletmegrow.com” as part of the web address, but congregations will need personalize their site with a brief prefix. If you are the “Tall Mountains church of Christ” you might choose something like “tm.lordletmegrow.com," "tmchurch.lordletmegrow.com," or "tmcoc.lordletmegrow.com." More on this point is explained in the "5 simple steps" link.
How could this tool expand what we are currently doing?
In addition to what you may currently be doing (sharing your web presence through social media and e-mail), having a dedicated Bible study site like this will provide you with a simple but effective way to offer the gospel to anyone, anytime and anywhere.
Congregations can maximize the use of this tool by creating business cards such as this one. After you create your cards, they can be offered to virtually anyone: Office staff, waiters and waitresses, cashiers, hospital employees, taxi drivers, repairmen, etc. Cards may even posted on restaurant and office bulletin boards. Your own lordletmegrow.com page and some business cards will allow virtually any Christian to offer the gospel to anyone, anytime, anywhere.

We can probably do this type of thing on our own. Why use Lord Let Me Grow?
If this is your choice, may God richly bless your efforts. However, you may want to bear in mind a couple of items. Any new web site name you purchase and host will likely cost more than $49.95 per year. Too, without some “trial and error” on a fairly large scale you may find this is not as easy as it looks.
The Lord Let Me Grow effort is part of a web network of web works, all built and owned by a single Christian. This network of sites includes 6 Android Phone apps, more than 20 web sites, at least half a dozen blogs, multiple social media accounts, and web traffic that exceeds more than 20,000 people a day every Monday-Friday. Your site will be blended in with these other web works to more effectively reach out to the unsaved. By having your own Lord Let Me Grow site you may receive Bible study contacts from your local area plus outside your local area.
Whether your congregation has 5 or 5,000 members, a Lord Let Me Grow site will allow you to offer a free Bible study course to your local community and any place in America which has access to the Internet. A Lord Let Me Grow site can also be a great tool for campaigns.
If you are serious about Jesus’ “Great Commission,” signing up is easy and this tool may take your evangelistic efforts to a new level. More information is available on our “5 easy steps" and “10 tips” pages.
